How long until my order ships?+
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days by tracked, insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. Click & collect from our Stirling showroom is available the same day. If a piece is sourced to order, we bring it into the showroom within 5–10 working days and email you a delivery window.
How much is delivery?+
UK delivery is free on orders over £100 and £8.50 below that, always sent tracked and insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Click & collect from the Stirling showroom is free.
Can I return it if it's not right?+
Yes. We offer a full 30-day return on any piece bought online for full credit or refund, provided it is returned in its original condition with all packaging and certificates. Bespoke and engraved pieces are excluded. Try it at home with confidence.
How do I return an item?+
Contact us on 01786 473696 or via the website and we will talk you through it. Return the piece insured and tracked, in its original packaging with any certificates, within 30 days. Once it arrives and is checked, we process the refund or credit promptly.
