Please ensure the email address and contact details you provide us with are correct. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone.

You will receive an email confirming your order with us, and this will be completed and dispatched within our advertised time frame, unless the following circumstances apply;

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
• Your order not passing our verification checks.

We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept PayPal payments or Interest Free Credit applications over the telephone.

Although we can size most styles of ring within an hour, there are some styles where this is not suitable, and on this occasion we may need to order your ring directly from our supplier, or make the piece bespoke. We’ll keep you updated with the progress of your order and will contact you immediately via email to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the 1-3 days time frame.

During Bank Holiday weekends we have no collection & delivery service so we would ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day being Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday onwards. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely ask that understand in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Even though our packages are sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Ian Gallacher manufacturing jewellery and diamond merchant.

We will contact your payment card company for authorisation when you place your order. We accept the following cards for payment: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.

Interest Free Credit applications can be made on full priced items, excluding Gift Cards. Interest Free Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the use of promotional codes.

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date., and can only be used in store. The card cannot be used to purchase via our website, or to purchase another gift card, and cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already purchased.

Ian Gallacher Manufacturing Jeweller and Diamond Merchant is unable to replace the card if it is lost or stolen.

We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at dispatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:

Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering – at our discretion we will charge you the lower amount and dispatch the product.

Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering – we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

In the case that the item has been damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item. In the event of accidental or customer damage, we will provide a quote for repair.

The guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover branded products. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.
