Ring sizing, made simple

We would be happy to post you a ring sizer free of charge — simply call us on 01786 473696 and we will send one out. Alternatively, pop in to our Stirling showroom and one of the team will size you in person. If you are measuring at home, size at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.

Most rings can be resized at our workshop. Bring it in for a free, no-obligation assessment and we'll confirm what's possible, the price and the turnaround before any work begins — all repair work is carried out in house. See our repairs service for details.

Any ring with stones set all the way round — such as a full eternity or channel-set band — cannot be resized in the traditional sense, as there is no plain metal section to work with. In some cases a remake is the only option. An 80% set band (stones on the top section only, with a plain metal back) offers a similar look and can usually be resized. If the finger size is uncertain on one of these designs, ask us before you buy.

For most styles, we can adjust the ring afterwards — bring it in and we'll assess what's possible and agree the price before any work begins. If you need a precise size from the start, borrowing a ring they already wear and bringing it in is the most reliable approach. For fully bespoke pieces, we can factor the sizing into the design from the outset.
