The piece
Platinum 2.01ct Radiant diamond ring. is a engagement ring from the Ian Gallacher Jewellers collection. It carries finger size M 1/2, K, L, M, N, O. Every example is finished by hand in Stirling and signed off under magnification before it ships.
The stone and metal
Crafted in Platinum 950, finished by hand. 2.01ct of diamond are hand-set in our workshop and checked at 10× magnification before the piece ships.
How it wears
An engagement ring at this level suits a couple after a milestone piece — substantial enough to feel meaningful and made to be worn every day for decades. Its cool white tone flatters most skin tones and matches a white-gold or platinum band down the line. If size or finger profile is uncertain, ask us — we would rather get the fit right than ship the wrong size.
Caring for it
We can clean and prong-check the piece at our Stirling showroom. Platinum develops a soft satin patina with wear that many people prefer to a high polish — we can re-polish it to a mirror finish if you'd rather. Take rings off before lifting weights, swimming in chlorinated pools, gardening or DIY — grit and chlorine are the two main causes of avoidable damage.
